The standard installed price includes typical site prep on an even, cleared surface. Up to 2" of aggregate is used as a compacted base. One tree, plant or rock cut out is included. The turf is anchored with nail spikes and sand in-fill is used to act as a ballast, help stand up the grass fibers and protect the backing from UV exposure. Removal of existing natural turf, weeds, rocks and other debris along with extensive excavating and soil prep will increase the installed price. If border edging is needed we offer many solutions including hardscape or an economical composite landscape edging at an economical price.
